Who We Are

The London Perret Roche Group (LPR) has over 20 years' experience in helping executives, executive teams, and organizations develop the specific skills and cultural elements that allow the generation of breakthroughs.

We facilitate the creation of breakthroughs in high leverage areas, areas where performance is lagging, where you cannot realize the opportunities you see, or do that fast enough, leaving you dissatisfied.

This website is about creating and realizing BOLD Futures using the "Future First", an essential tool when what we want is to produce change, successfully Reinvent an organization or create Breakthrough results.

The "Future First": A Way of Thinking and a Rigorous Process

The Future First is designed to create BOLD futures, and to set solid foundations for their realization and guide their implementation.  These Futures are compelling: they are what we REALLY want - not just the best we think we can do.

These futures are created, and they are bolder, more complete, higher leverage, and much more satisfying to work with than their industry-accepted extrapolated, analytically and logically designed futures which are really the past extended, or default futures.

Created futures when fully expressed, provide a whole new platform for the performance of the organization. These are compelling, they "pull" on the imagination and creativity of the organization. They provide purpose, meaning, direction, a sense of accomplishment and satisfaction, rather than being a "let's try and achieve more than before" goal.

    Breakthrough Results need Bold Futures

A bold future is one in which the scope, magnitude and time frame of the created future we chose answers the questions: "Where do we really want to be, and by when?", rather than, "what is the best we can do given where we are?" - the future we get by default.

Their scope may be a single project or an overall strategic direction for an organization, but either way, most bold futures will have market-leading outcomes beyond best-case scenario, creating a new benchmark of performance for the organization - a breakthrough. Bold futures are not the past improved, they are created, not extrapolated.  The process of making a bold future real builds a culture of innovation and breakthrough performance – a transformation in the organization's capacity to sustain a competitive advantage.

More and more, we need the ability to create and realize bold futures, as part of our set of core competencies.  "Why Bold Futures?"  [Continue. . .]

Le..a... p  to the future

There are times when setting goals logically, analyzing data from the past, looking at all that we know
about the future, will not give us what we really want

When key initiative and projects fail to produce desired results, or do that fast
enough, these are times for setting BOLD futures, using the Future First process.
