The Future First is a way to think about what's possible, and to think about what's wanted unconstrained by limitations. Realizing that future calls for a different way of being – as in "failure is not an option". It allows for new ways to think about people, and what they can contribute when turned on by a possibility. It allows for new ways to organize, collaborate and innovate. And, it brings excitement to work. When people are asked to recall their most exciting, stimulating and rewards times at work It is aways the times when they were working on BHAG's that the bystanders said were long shots – if not impossibilities. |
